VSP + YouGov Discover Surprising Patient Attitudes

Use social to engage your patients.

In a July survey conducted by VSP Vision Care and market research agency YouGov, 84% of respondents rated vision as the most important of the five senses, and just about everyone (97%) agreed that good eye health is important. But only half of respondents said they get annual eye exams.

Another surprising statistic is that eight-in-ten parents agree that a regular eye exam helps kids do their best in school, but four-in-ten wait until their child complains about their vision to schedule an eye exam. To read more about the eye health survey findings, visit the VSP blog
